Why it is on this guide

Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park is one of the 21 certified places promoted through the official Colorado Stargazing Trail. I keep the certification and the visitor experience separate: certification tells us something important about lighting and stewardship, while this page asks what a traveler can actually do here after dark.
